DGservice
As a member of DGservice, my primary responsibility is product design. I specialize in conducting user experience research to identify pain points and user issues on websites. By implementing mobile-first design principles, I ensure that users have an interactive and seamless experience. Additionally, I conduct thorough audience research to understand their needs and preferences, creating accurate personas. Through this research-driven approach, I am able to evaluate problem spaces and develop effective solutions for optimal user satisfaction.
DGservice’s latest venture involves the development and launch of a mobile application offering services like mobile phone repairs, as well as the option to purchase insurance and warranties for digital devices. I have been intricately involved in every stage of the design process, starting from conducting market research and creating a product requirements document (PRD), to developing prototypes and designing the user interface (UI).

In my role at Dgland, I spearheaded multiple impactful projects. Firstly, I collaborated with the development team to design a comprehensive design system for the e-commerce website, incorporating patterns, design components, fonts, icons, and colors. This system streamlined the creation of new pages and revitalized the website’s overall look and feel.
Additionally, I successfully redesigned the user interface to be responsive and compatible across various platforms, ensuring an enhanced and consistent user experience. Moreover, I actively collaborated with the development team to implement and update the back-office of the e-commerce website, resulting in improved performance and enhanced features.
Furthermore, I took charge of designing an internal product to efficiently manage Dgland’s physical stores. This product included monitoring capabilities, sales forecasting, cache flow control, product management, in-person delivery of online orders, and streamlined communication with colleagues through the store control system.
Lastly, I undertook the design of a transportation system, facilitating the smooth control of internal and external shipments. This encompassed order registration and tracking, courier monitoring, warehouse management, and more. Additionally, I collaborated with various teams to create captivating landing pages for Dgland’s marketing campaigns, catering to campaign requirements and targeting specific user groups.

Starting my career at Modlina as a fabric designer, I quickly developed strong connections with manufacturers in China and Turkey. In this role, I executed and prepared designs for these factories and eventually progressed to become the head of the design team as the brand expanded.
My experience at Modlina equipped me with valuable skills, including fabric design and hand sketching, essential in this field. Additionally, coordinating with international companies improved our communication and workflow efficiency. My enhanced management and leadership abilities facilitated coordination and fostered effective team communication.
As a designer supervisor, my responsibilities included:
- Designing seasonal products with a focus on style, fit, and fabric.
- Anticipating customer needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Collaborating with managers, marketers, and fellow designers to develop collections based on trends.
- Liaising with the internal product development team and overseas suppliers to ensure accurate printing and manufacturing of products.
- Editing and organizing artwork according to overseas printers’ specifications and standards.
These experiences have sharpened my design expertise and provided me with a strong foundation in managing design projects from conception to production.

- Creating and amending textile designs using Photoshop and illustrator
- Creating multiple colorways for all textile prints
- Meeting regularly with clients and based on feedback modifying preliminary designs until they meet the user requirements
- Analyzed trends in order to conceptualize scarf packages and choose prints
- Preparing design for silkscreen and digital printing

- Since my student days, I started working in the field of graphic design for websites. Alongside my classmates, we worked on various projects in this domain. Over time, as I improved my skills in UX/UI, I was able to participate in larger projects. Among these projects, I can mention designing the user interface for an internal comprehensive system for monitoring plant health. Working on this project was one of the challenges I have encountered so far. This experience has improved my UI/UX design skills and enabled me to provide the best services to clients. Now, with several years of experience, I continue to work on freelance projects in UI/UX design.
